SITUATIONAL FUEL SURCHARGE ANNOUNCEMENT

Effective immediately we will be suspending the additional 4% Situational Fuel Surcharge which was being applied on all orders and invoices. While global fuel prices remain unpredictable, BendPak will always try to keep your costs on our products to the absolute minimum. I’m sure that you are aware that fuel prices continue to spiral upward, and presently are higher than they have ever been in our history. We have acted in good faith in our attempts to resist seeking relief, but this continues to place an undue burden on us for all products that qualify for Free Shipping. We had hoped that this would be a short term inconvenience, but it looks as if it will last longer than expected. Due to these facts, the existing 4% Situational Fuel Surcharge (SFC) will remain in effect (for all products that qualify for Free Shipping) until at least the end of 2022, at which time we will reevaluate conditions and adjust or eliminate the SFC accordingly. We regret that this action is necessary and deeply appreciate your understanding and partnership with us in helping to share the burden of these fuel cost increases.

Current global affairs are creating major and unpredictable fluctuations in global fuel prices causing a dramatic impact on all transportation-related costs.

Therefore, effective immediately, until conditions stabilize and reverse, Autostacker will be adding a 4% Situational Fuel Surcharge (SFC) on all orders and invoices, all brands, as a separate line-item charge until further notice. The SFC will be shown as a shipping (freight) rate and will be applied after any discounts.

We know that recent inflation has driven up prices across all sectors of the economy, so we’ve done our best to keep this fuel surcharge to an absolute minimum. The temporary SFC fee will be in effect until June 30, 2022, at which time we will reevaluate conditions and adjust or eliminate the SFC accordingly.
