BendPak is Gearing Up for SEMA 2024!

AGOURA HILLS, CA (October 2, 2024) – As 2024 starts wrapping up, the automotive world gears up for its main event: SEMA! The Booths

Since 1997, Ranger has been a cornerstone of BendPak’s product lineup, and this year’s Ranger Booth (Booth #48097) is sure to deliver an exciting mix of both fan-favorite equipment and cutting-edge tools. Towering above the booth is the HD-7PXW. This behemoth of a lift lets you lift up to 7,000-lbs. over 12 feet in the air!

Two returning machines include the R80EX dual-arm, tilt-back tire changer and the DST30P wheel balancer. These two essentials are game-changers for any shop looking to handle tire jobs with lightning speed. For those interested in parts washers, the RS-500DS spray washer will be on display, along with the LITESTIX – a rechargeable LED work light.

Then there’s the new equipment. The RB30T truck wheel balancer and R980DP swing arm tire changer with dual assist towers are ready for their SEMA debut. The R980DP is engineered for versatility, handling everything from commuter cars to high-performance vehicles with ease. Its advanced centering cone ensures bead protection during clamping – ideal for high-traffic repair shops. The RB30T, featuring a 64-bit architecture, delivers rapid and precise rotational readings, offering a full suite of time-saving features for balancing wheels of any size.

In the Upper South Hall, you’ll find the Cool Boss Booth (Booth #36073), where we offer cost-effective cooling solutions. We’ll be bringing a slew of COOLBLAST and COOLBREEZE evaporative air coolers, with some models sporting almost double the water capacity you’ll find elsewhere. COOLBLAST models come with convenient features like bright LED lights and Bluetooth speakers, maximizing both comfort and productivity in any workspace.

Meanwhile, COOLBREEZE units offer automatic swing louvers for precise airflow direction. But the star of the show will be the all-new EP12DPS Octa-Flex – the world’s first eight arm lift!

Before getting into the Octa-Flex, let’s go over some quick highlights! The triple-stacker and HD-9SXW four-post lift will be on display, as well as the new 10APX. The 10APX is equipped with Bi-Metric™ arms, allowing it to handle vehicles in either symmetric or asymmetric configurations. Meanwhile, the EVS4500 scissor-style lift table is a must-see for anyone working on electric vehicles. Pair the Mobi-EVS series with an AP two-post lift, and you’re set to handle almost any EV that comes through your doors.

Now, the main event: the Octa-Flex. This revolutionary lift features four upper and four lower telescoping arms, allowing technicians to lift vehicles from multiple points independently. It’s perfect for complex jobs like cab-off repairs, providing a level of versatility unmatched by any other lift on the market. The lower auxiliary lift arms have a 6,000-lb. capacity and can be effortlessly repositioned, giving the Octa-Flex the functionality of both a two-post and an eight-arm lift in one.
