Desert Storm models are equipped with a direct-drive motor which has been paired with a variable frequency drive motor controller which is capable of precisely adjusting the speed of the motor in real time. With no drive belt to worry about, higher efficiency can be achieved. What’s more, you’ll also enjoy reduced noise, lower level of vibration, less maintenance, and an extended service life. Similarly to the standard model, the CB-28HV also sports a whopping 80-gallon water reservoir so you can take advantage of set-it-and-forget-it convenience. It also still retains the LED floodlights and the Bluetooth speaker functionality that you’ll find on the rest of the COOLBLAST models.
