SANTA PAULA, CA (June 7, 2023) – Today we are excited to announce that BendPak is once again expanding with the purchase of a 22,256-square-foot administrative building which will serve as our brand-new global headquarters. This beautiful new property is located in the city of Agoura Hills, CA, conveniently next to Los Angeles. We look forward to having clients and business partners visit us to experience our home’s peaceful and inspiring environment for themselves.

As business continues to grow at an incredible rate, we quickly realized we would need a facility which would be able to accommodate the current state of BendPak, as well as our future. Not only that, but our new facility is located in the scenic Santa Monica Mountains. This dynamic and energizing work environment offers BendPak employees stunning views and a serene atmosphere which will ultimately inspire creativity and foster productivity. Our new headquarters features many zen-like elements including a waterfall, babbling brook, and a peaceful koi pond to name a few. Whenever we need a change of pace to stimulate new ideas, we can also take advantage of the many outdoor relaxation and meeting spaces. Indoors the new building comes complete with private offices, conference rooms, as well as open spaces.

As for the new building itself, it features a modern self-sustaining design which reinforces BendPak’s commitment to reducing our carbon footprint. It was originally built in 2012 for the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation and was designed by ZGF which is an architectural firm and global leader in sustainable and regenerative design. The new facility has earned LEED Platinum® certification, which means that it has attained the highest level available for sustainable buildings from the U.S Green Building Council. Our new headquarters sports an open and modern design, a green roof, solar panels, and even a rainwater harvesting system. It also features a sophisticated climate control system, photovoltaics (PV), thermal solar hot water tubes, and extensive water-saving elements.

The acquisition of our new headquarters is the latest move towards expanding BendPak. Back in 2020 we completed a 50,000-square-foot addition to our Santa Paula, CA, distribution and manufacturing center, and we opened a new 100,000-square-foot distribution and administrative building in Alabama. Earlier this year we announced that we expanded on our Alabama campus with the addition of a new 90,000-square-foot building. Operations will continue in all locations as client and customer service, engineering, product development, marketing, information technology, human resources, accounting, and management relocate to the new HQ in Agoura Hills.
