BendPak Expands Customer Service 2018•
We’re excited to announce big news coming from BendPak! Within the next few months, BendPak expects to complete one of its most important projects in recent memory. And that’s a big deal considering the past couple of years have marked a time of exponential growth in terms of sales, new employment and the construction of new shipping and receiving complexes.
We’re just as pleased to announce that our entire customer service department is in for a major overhaul. With all this expansion happening, the only restriction is the actual number of seats we’ve been able to fill in our customer service department. These folks do a great job at servicing our customers’ needs, but there’s simply too few of us to keep up with our growth. All that’s about to change.
This expansion has been a long time coming, but if you’ve ever made a major corporate renovation in the state of California (or even if you haven’t), you know it’s not an overnight operation. Planning, permits, the building process, inspections, staffing, etc. all take time; however, this is not our first rodeo, and we plan to be up and running in greater numbers and better efficiency by late fall or early winter of this year.
Increased sales demand increased service
Demand for our products has been borderline overwhelming. We’ve grown in so many way so quickly that our need for customer service representatives has outpaced our ability to house them. We could opt to outsource our service department, but we hate that idea, frankly, because we know the value of keeping our staff in-house and trained to our exacting quality standards.
Whether you’ve purchased a BendPak / Ranger product already, or if you plan to in the near future, this is the best time to become part of the BendPak community. Our reputation for customer service and support is best-in-class, and it’s about to get even better. We’re working hard during this expansion to take care of everyone’s needs in a timely fashion. We’ll do whatever it takes now and in the future to earn your business and keep you coming back for more. Once we’re ready to fill those seats, it’s going to mean more local hires, better service from us overall and an even brighter outlook for 2019 and beyond.
