Check Out BendPak at NADA 2024!

From February 2nd to the 4th, BendPak will be exhibiting the latest and greatest at the Las Vegas Convention Center! With over 500 exhibitors there’ll be a lot to see. When it comes to BendPak, our lineup is STACKED! Let’s go over a few of the highlights you can expect to see from the BendPak Booth #4569W at NADA 2024!
Handle Whatever Comes Your Way with The EV12DPS
The headliner for this year’s NADA is definitely the ALL-NEW EIGHT-ARMED EV12DPS, part of BendPak’s new Octa-Flex™ concept. As a matter of fact, this prototype will be making its global premiere at NADA 2024 – all the more reason to stop by! Octa-Flex offers all the functionality of a traditional two-post lift, while enabling technicians to do things they could only dream of in the past, such as integrating power-assist components which can handle equipment directly in the lift itself, without having to resort to secondary lifting means, or calling out for the assistance of others.
The unique Octa-Flex lift-assist arms can be used to help safely and ergonomically lift and maneuver heavy vehicle components like EV battery packs, drivetrains, tires, and wheel assemblies with precision, ensuring seamless workflow while reducing the risk of workplace injuries. When they’re not needed for a job, the powered lift-assist arms can be moved up and out of the way.
With all that said, we can’t forget about the primary lifting arms. These three-stage arms extend and retract further than any other two-stage lift arms thanks to the patent-pending design which allows the inner arm tubes to retract fully through the back of the arm assembly and even beyond the arm pin itself. Plus, their lower profile and dropped-end pad receiver lets them access hard-to-reach lifting points with less chance of damage to vehicle side skirts, running boards or ground effects, even on the low-slung sportscars or EVs.

Tackle EV Service with the 12APX Two-Post Lift and the EVS4500 EV Battery and Powertrain Lifting System
The 12APX is the latest addition to the AP series of two-post lifts – with a 12,000 lb. lifting capacity which makes it perfect for working on regular and electric vehicles. We won’t spend too much time on this lift as it shares a lot of its features with the previously mentioned Octa-Flex lift, minus the lift assist arms. Thanks to its Bi-Metric™ arms, you’re able to suit vehicles that require either symmetric or asymmetric loading.
To get the most out of an AP lift, we highly recommend you check out a Mobi-EVS – like the EVS4500. With their compact design, these space-saving lift tables can be easily transported anywhere in the workplace, making them ideal for multi-bay facilities or workplaces with confined areas. With a press of the button on the pendant control, the lift platform elevates to more than 6 feet in less than 20 seconds. Mobi-EVS lift tables feature state-of-the-art engineering and technology within an elegant design that sets a new industry benchmark for performance and versatility. Our Mobi-EVS models are multi-functional scissor-style lifts that feature multiple recessed anchoring locations to accommodate a variety of modular fixtures, adapters, and accessories. Each can be repositioned or removed to suit the task at hand.
Max Performance Redefined with The Cool Boss CB-28HV
The CB-28HV is the newest member of the Cool Boss family. This portable air cooler has been designed to withstand the harshest conditions. The CB-28HV is equipped with a direct-drive high torque electric motor which has been specifically designed for use in extreme environments. With no drive belt to worry about, higher efficiency is delivered, including a lower level of vibration and noise. A variable frequency drive (VFD) controller precisely adjusts the speed of the motor in real time by varying the frequency and voltage, dramatically reducing energy consumption when compared to traditional direct-in-line motors. This dynamic combination delivers not only variable speed control but also maintains constant torque, offering unparalleled performance in diverse operational scenarios. With a max airflow of 17,820 CFM, you’ll enjoy all the cooling potential Cool Boss has to offer!
In addition to the CB-28HV, we’ll be bringing the CB-26L COOLBREEZE air cooler and the CB-16L COOLBLAST air cooler. COOLBREEZE models feature automatic swing louvers, letting you choose precisely where you want to direct a cooling breeze. COOLBLAST, on the other hand, are loaded with extra features to give you the most bang for your buck. COOLBLAST models are equipped with super-bright LED floodlights, a Bluetooth® speaker, and massive water reservoirs. All Cool Boss models are able to keep you cool for only about a dollar a day and they all feature our new Blue Honeycool Evaporative media which soaks up water like a sponge. The resin-covered hexagonal honeycombs keep water from pooling up in the back, maximizing water usage by as much as 30% when compared to competitor models.
Speaking of the CB-16L, we’ll be bringing with us some exclusive add-ons for that model! First, we’ll have the familiar Ducting Kit . If you work in tight spaces and it’s difficult to get fresh, cool air to you, this is sure to be a lifesaver. Then there’s the new Heater Add-on which we unveiled late last year. This heater plus the CB-16L allows you to turn winter into summer as you surround yourself in cozy conditions. With the powerful Cool Boss fan behind that hot air, you won’t have to keep the heater on and run up ridiculous bills.
HD-973PX - The Longer, Higher Triple Decker
When it comes to creating superior parking solutions, it doesn’t get much better than the HD-973PX. This four-post lift maximizes your parking capacity without adding any additional real estate. This extra-height lift, along with the additional 10” of runway length, gives you the perfect amount of space to fit longer and taller vehicles, all while maintaining a height that will fit comfortably in most shops and garages. The patent-pending design of the HD-973PX features multi-position safety locks that are spaced just four inches apart. This allows unlimited parking height arrangements on either the upper or lower decks. Redundant, anti-fall, spring-loaded safety catches immediately halt downward movement of either platform in the unlikely event of cable failure.
So you know that the HD-973PX can handle a wide range of vehicles, but what about specific weights? The lower level is capable of holding up to 9,000 lbs. while the top level can secure up to 7,000 lbs. High-rise parking lifts that can fit three vehicles will inevitably cost more than other lifts, simply because there’s more steel involved. We’re able to offset much of that cost through due to the intuitive design of the HD-973PX. The end result is an efficient parking lift that saves you thousands since it’s built with less steel while still upholding the industry’s most rigid safety standards.
Everything Else
Those pieces of equipment alone would be enough to be the talk of the town, but since this is BendPak, that only represents a fraction of what we’re bringing. Here’s a quick rundown of what else there is to see at our booth! The fan favorite Autostacker A6W will be making an appearance. This premium parking lift safely doubles up your vehicle storage and sports a sleek look worthy of your garage. There’ll be a healthy amount of Ranger equipment including the RS-750DS parts washer, the R76ATR tire changer, and the LS43B wheel balancer. The versatile LITESTIX will also be at the BendPak booth. LITESTIX features 32 super bright LED bulbs encased in an impact resistant casing. With its adaptable fit you can use it in a number of situations to get some more light, like if you’re working on or underneath a vehicle. We’ll also have the ULTRA2500A, part of the new JackPak line of power packs. This compact device brings an air compressor, a power bank, a lithium-ion jump starter, and an LED flashlight all together in one compact package. With the ability to jumpstart most vehicles, this is what you’ll want whenever you head out for an extended road trip.
