APEX Series Ramps Designed for Real-World Vehicle Access
New for this year, BendPak will be introducing the APEX Series of ramps, developed by the same engineers and product teams behind BendPak’s industry-leading vehicle lifts. These ramps were built on shop floors, tested under real cars, and refined around the everyday frustrations technicians and enthusiasts deal with when moving vehicles between the floor, the trailer, and the lift.

APEX ramps are designed as part of a system, filling the gap between lifting equipment and vehicle access. Instead of steel or aluminum, APEX uses a high-density structural EPS foam core that distributes weight across the entire ramp body rather than concentrating it at narrow contact points. The result is a ramp that’s strong, stable, and dramatically lighter to handle. A durable, textured outer shell locks to the core and provides confident grip for both tires and shop floors, making setup fast and frustration-free.
APEX Trailer Ramps and Tire Saver Ramp Systems
APEX trailer ramps are built to solve one of the most common loading problems: the harsh transition between a low vehicle and a tall trailer door. By extending existing ramps and flattening the approach angle, APEX trailer ramps give long overhangs, splitters, and low ride heights a loading path that actually works. High-density structural foam keeps them manageable by hand, while a polyurea traction surface and reinforced UHMW contact shelf prevent wear, deformation, and long-term sagging. No improvised boards. No guesswork.

The APEX Tire Saver Ramp System adds another layer of flexibility, offering a smart way to stage and protect vehicles without committing to permanent floor space. A three-piece, interlocking design allows approach sections to lock into a contoured cradle for compact storage, then separate when open access to lift arms or service areas is needed. Available in two- or four-ramp sets, the system supports a wide range of tire diameters and provides just enough lift to improve access while helping prevent flat-spotting during storage.
Lightweight, durable, and purpose-built, the APEX Series reflects BendPak’s approach to solving real problems with real engineering - simple to use, easy to move, and built to work the way shops actually operate.
OctaFlex - The World’s First Eight-Armed Vehicle Lift
Leading the display is the OctaFlex, the world’s first eight-armed vehicle lift and a clear signal of where modern service bays are headed. As vehicles continue to grow heavier and more complex, traditional lifting methods are being pushed to their limits. OctaFlex answers that challenge with a fundamentally different approach to vehicle support, combining primary lift arms with dedicated assist arms to turn once-difficult repairs like cab-off service, drivetrain removal, and heavy component handling into controlled, straightforward operations.

Designed with a more compact footprint, the OctaFlex delivers impressive drive-through clearance and full lift height without demanding extra floor space. A direct-drive assist arm system provides faster, smoother operation, while a single power unit and controller simplify installation, operation, and long-term maintenance, making it a practical upgrade for high-volume shops.
With a 12,000-lb. lifting capacity on the primary arms and an additional 2,500-lb. capacity on the assist arms, the OctaFlex allows technicians to confidently support heavy components in a controlled, ergonomic manner. Advanced safety features, including an Automatic Swing Arm Restraint System with over 2,000 lbs. of load-holding force, keep arms locked securely in place during service. Patent-pending, multi-stage telescoping swing arms provide exceptional reach and retraction, ensuring precise contact with a wide range of lifting points.
The OctaFlex represents a major leap forward in lift design, engineered to improve workflow, reduce risk, and give shops the flexibility they need to service today’s vehicles and tomorrow’s technology.
AP Series Two-Post Lifts Built for Heavy-Duty Service
Rounding out the lift lineup is BendPak’s AP Series, led by heavy hitters like the 16AP and 10AP PRO-Series, engineered to meet the realities of modern service bays where heavier vehicles, higher throughput, and uncompromising safety are non-negotiable. Built for trucks, SUVs, and high-demand daily use, AP Series lifts combine proven structural design with intelligent safety systems that keep technicians productive and protected.

Safety is further reinforced by BendPak’s automatic safety lock system, which engages seamlessly as the lift rises and releases through a single-point control during descent. The result is a workflow that feels natural, efficient, and confidence-inspiring - exactly what high-volume shops demand.
10AP PRO-Series Accessories and Integrated Utility Options
For shops looking to maximize versatility, the 10AP PRO-Series comes loaded with accessories designed to handle larger, more complex vehicles. Frame Cradle Pad Adapters provide secure contact with the rectangular steel frames found on trucks and SUVs, preventing shifting while the vehicle is suspended. Medium (2.5") and Tall (5") adapter pins expand lift height options, making it easier to accommodate uneven underbodies and hard-to-reach lifting points. Built around a 60mm pin system, these accessories integrate seamlessly with other BendPak lift pads and adapters, giving shops the flexibility to tailor their setup to the job at hand.

PRO-Series capability is further enhanced with accessories like the WSA-100 Air/Electric Utility Station, which adds integrated air and power directly to the lift. With dual air outlets, onboard filtration, and four 110V GFI-protected electrical outlets, the WSA-100 keeps tools, hoses, and cords exactly where technicians need them.
Together, the AP Series reflects BendPak’s no-compromise approach to lift design: rugged construction, intelligent safety systems, and modular accessories that adapt to the way real shops work.
Cool Boss Evaporative Cooling for Automotive Shops
Shop comfort isn’t a luxury, it’s a productivity tool. That’s why BendPak will also be showcasing Cool Boss evaporative air coolers, purpose-built to deliver serious cooling performance in large, open service environments where traditional HVAC systems struggle or simply aren’t practical. Cool Boss units move massive volumes of air while using the natural efficiency of evaporative cooling to drop ambient temperatures, creating a noticeably cooler, more comfortable workspace for technicians.

Unlike standard fans that just push hot air around, Cool Boss coolers actively reduce heat by drawing warm air through high efficiency cooling media and circulating refreshed, cooler air across the shop floor. The result is wide-area cooling that’s especially effective in bays with open doors, high ceilings, or constant vehicle movement. With no compressors, refrigerants, or complex ducting, Cool Boss units are energy-efficient, easy to deploy, and inexpensive to operate.
Designed with portability in mind, Cool Boss coolers can be positioned exactly where cooling is needed most, whether that’s near lifts, alignment racks, or high-traffic service areas. When temperatures climb, Cool Boss delivers measurable relief that helps reduce fatigue, improve focus, and keep work moving at full speed.
