SHIPPING AND DISTRIBUTION CENTER POLICIES 

At BendPak, we are dedicated to providing efficient and cost-effective shipping solutions, ensuring timely delivery of our products to valued customers across the country. From an order fulfillment and shipping perspective, we adhere to Geographic Distribution Center (GEO DC) rules to efficiently manage transportation costs, reduce delivery times, mitigate freight damage, and minimize the need for pricing adjustments due to annual rate increases from transportation providers.
With distribution centers located in Santa Paula, CA, and Mobile, AL, our goal is to ship orders destined for the West from our Santa Paula, CA location, and orders destined for the Midwest, Northeast, and South regions from our Mobile, AL distribution center.
In some circumstances, there may be a need to ship the order from a non-GEO DC. For example, if a west coast destination requires shipment, and our east coast DC has stock while the west coast DC does not, under certain conditions, we may fulfill the order from the non-GEO DC. This could occur if there's an extended timeframe (more than 20 days) for replenishment of inventory, in which case there will be no added charges for our customers, or if a customer requests expedited delivery and is not willing to wait for updated stock adjustments to occur. In such cases, freight surcharge fees may apply."
