Ramp Receivers

Ramp Receivers are a critical component for customers using APEX hook-nose four-post lift ramps on BendPak 7K–9K four-post lifts. These steel receiver brackets mount directly to the lift runways and create the fixed engagement point required for hook-nose style ramps to seat correctly. Without ramp receivers installed, APEX hook-nose ramps cannot attach to the lift, making these brackets a required accessory for proper use.

It is important to understand that APEX lift ramps do not include ramp receivers, and most BendPak four-post lifts do not ship with them from the factory. As a result, customers may receive their ramps and discover there is no way to secure them to the lift. Ramp Receivers solve this problem by providing a purpose-built, lift-specific solution that ensures the ramps lock in place exactly as intended. This eliminates guesswork, improves safety, and ensures a consistent drive-on experience every time a vehicle is loaded.

Designed specifically for BendPak four-post runway geometry, Ramp Receivers maintain proper ramp alignment and prevent movement during vehicle entry and exit. Their heavy-duty steel construction is built to withstand repeated use in both professional shop environments and serious home garages. Once installed, the receivers create a clean, permanent interface that allows APEX hook-nose ramps to be installed and removed quickly while maintaining a secure connection during use.

Customers replacing older aluminum ramps may already have ramp receivers installed on their lift. In those cases, additional receivers may not be necessary. However, for lifts without existing receivers, these brackets are required and should be added at the time of ramp purchase. To reduce confusion and prevent ordering issues, Ramp Receivers are ideally purchased alongside APEX hook-nose ramps or offered as part of a bundled kit.

Sold as a matched left and right pair, Ramp Receivers are engineered to meet BendPak's fitment and durability standards. They are a small but essential component that ensures APEX ramps function safely, correctly, and exactly as designed. Skipping them is not an option if your lift is not already equipped.
