The Octa-Flex™ Series

Introducing the Octa-Flex™ concept, a first of its kind lift that safely and efficiently handles both regular and electric vehicles. The EV12DPS, part of the Octa-Flex Series, is a first-of-its-kind lift from BendPak which combines two lifts into one. The Octa-Flex features not four, but EIGHT arms to take versatility to the next level. On its own, this lift is able to safely handle up to 12,000 lbs., and then there’s the auxiliary arms which can hoist up to 2,500 lbs.

Loaded with All the Features You Need

A significant design feature that makes BendPak’s Octa-Flex lifts particularly well-suited for heavy vehicle service is its revolutionary Automatic Swing Arm Restraint System (ASARS) equipped on the primary lifting arms that has been bolstered to withstand extreme pushing and pulling forces that occur when vehicles are being serviced. With a full 360-degrees of load holding grip, the heavily forged-steel design of this patent-pending and very exclusive arm restraint system secures the lift arms firmly in place with over 2000-lbs. of load-holding force, preventing unplanned swing-arm movement during lift use and vehicle service operations. This revolutionary design is an adaptive system that requires minimal operator involvement and delivers unparalleled holding power. A distinctive power-hold design that allows for precise non-shifting action, and a handy quick release operator lever allowing for the instant release of the clamping pressure.

Unlike traditional two-post lifts arms, the BendPak Octa-Flex arms represent a revolutionary leap for vehicle service. Crafted with precision and boasting a patent-pending design, these swing arms are meticulously tailored to cater to diverse lifting points. They retract shorter and extend farther, offering lift arm positioning options – it’s like having the best of all worlds. The rugged three-stage arms feature tubular welded-steel swing arms that achieve more telescoping movement due to their patent-pending nesting feature that results in greater retraction and farther arm reach. Inner sliding movement is no longer impeded by arm end plates, tube closeouts, or even the arm pivot itself.
