With 14,000-lb. lifting capacity and an extended-length alignment platform, this four-post lift is designed to handle everything from sedans and pickups to longer residential vehicles, municipal vehicles, and specialty work that needs extra runway room. For shops that regularly service long-wheelbase vehicles, the HDS-14LSXE gives technicians the added length, alignment hardware, and runway stability needed to work confidently. It combines BendPak’s heavy-duty four-post construction with integrated alignment equipment so big jobs feel planned, not improvised.

Front turn plates and rear multi-caster slip plates are integrated into the HDS-14LSXE alignment system to support precise, free-floating alignment work. The front turn plates use aluminum-alloy construction and position within recessed turn plate pockets, giving technicians flexibility for different vehicle setups while maintaining a clean runway layout. The longer runway design gives extended vehicles the support they need, while longer approach ramps help reduce the loading angle for low ground-clearance vehicles. Runways adjust for different tread widths and include a rail kit for optional accessories, giving this extended alignment lift more utility than a standard drive-on platform.

Heavy-Duty Cable System and Protected Lift Structure

The HDS-14LSXE uses oversized cable sheaves and heavy-duty 1/2-inch aircraft-quality lifting cables to support demanding alignment work. Rugged roller axles and large sheave geometry help reduce cable stress, while internal routing helps protect critical lift components from damage and shop exposure. A single hydraulic cylinder mounted underneath the runway powers the lift, and internal Anti-Sway slider blocks in each column help support stable platform movement. Fully enclosed lifting cables, safety locks, sheaves, and related systems help keep the lift cleaner, safer, and better prepared for daily commercial use.

Optional bridge jacks expand the lift into full wheel-service territory, allowing shops to add brake, tire, suspension, and wheel work to alignment operations.
