The BendPak RJ7W Rolling Bridge Jack is built for four-post lift owners who need 7,000 lbs. of frame-engaging lifting capacity for wheel, brake, tire, and suspension service. It is a strong companion for HDS-14 series four-post lifts, especially in shops that service medium-duty vehicles but still want the drive-on convenience of a runway lift. Four-post lifts are excellent for storage, inspections, and general service, but the wheels stay planted on the runways until a bridge jack gets involved. A pair of RJ7W rolling bridge jacks lets users lift the vehicle by the frame so the wheels are free, opening the door to tire swaps, brake work, alignments, and more complete service capability without adding a separate two-post lift.

The RJ7W is designed for standard four-post lift models rated at 14,000 lbs. capacity or greater. That makes it the natural step up from the RJ6W when vehicle weight, lift class, or shop workload calls for a stronger rolling bridge jack. This model is especially useful for shops working with medium-duty vehicles, larger chassis, and lift setups where each bridge jack needs to raise half the vehicle frame with confidence. It is the bridge between passenger-car service and the heavier RJ9W or commercial RBJ series.

Easy-Roll Wheels and Lift-Point Protection

The RJ7W includes Easy-Roll wheels that fit compatible runway channels and provide smooth movement along the lift. BendPak rollers are made from hardened stainless steel and zinc plated for maximum durability, helping the jack move freely during positioning while standing up to shop use. BendPak rubber contact pads are included and designed to engage the lift points of larger vehicle chassis. Stackable adapters help reach lift points on vehicles with different body heights and suspension setups, while optional frame cradle pads are recommended for larger trucks and SUVs.

Dedicated Air-Hydraulic Pump with Three Lock Positions

A single air-hydraulic pump is mounted to the side of the RJ7W and operates independently from the four-post lift’s electric-hydraulic system. Connect an air line with 125 psi and 10 to 20 CFM, then use the foot pedal to activate the bridge jack while the vehicle remains positioned on the lift. Three locking positions let users raise the jack to a practical service height for the job. The RJ7W locks automatically as it rises and releases together as it descends, giving operators a controlled way to lift the frame while keeping four-post lift operation separate from bridge jack operation.
