This is the alignment lift for shops that service larger vehicles, low ground-clearance vehicles, light trucks, SUVs, and mixed customer fleets. The free-floating alignment system lets the wheels respond cleanly to adjustment, helping technicians work faster and with less resistance during suspension and alignment service.

The HDS-14LSX includes heavy-duty front turn plates and integrated rear slip plates integrated with the runways, giving technicians the hardware needed for accurate four-wheel alignment work. Multi-caster slip plates in the rear help maintain free wheel movement, while recessed front turn plate pockets allow the galvanized turn plates to be positioned for individual vehicle setups. Multi-position turn plate pockets help the lift adapt to different wheelbases and service needs, while the runways adjust for different tread widths. Longer approach ramps make it easier to load low ground-clearance vehicles, helping protect customer cars and improve workflow in busy alignment bays.

Aircraft-Quality Cables, Oversized Sheaves, and Anti-Sway Support

The HDS-14LSX is built around heavy-duty 1/2-inch aircraft-quality stainless-steel lifting cables routed internally through all four columns. These cables are designed for continuous use and resistance to rubbing, weather, chemicals, hydraulic oil, and other common sources of wear in active service environments. Oversized 10.5-inch cable sheaves, rugged 1-3/8-inch roller axles, and internal Anti-Sway slider blocks help support smooth lifting, reduced wear, and stable platform movement. The single hydraulic cylinder is mounted underneath the runway, while cables, sheaves, airlines, safety locks, and critical systems are integrated within the lift structure for cleaner operation and better protection.

The HDS-14LSX features an automatic leveling system, multiple auto-leveling locking positions, and multi-position safety locks in each column. Spring-loaded safety locks engage as the lift rises, and a push-button pneumatic lock release makes lowering operations fast and efficient. A secondary slack-cable lock system adds backup protection if dangerous cable slack is ever detected. Runways include a rail kit for optional accessories, including 7,000-lb. capacity bridge jacks for wheel, brake, and suspension service. With an electric-hydraulic power system, easy operator access, durable matte-finish runways, and BendPak’s alignment-specific design, the HDS-14LSX is built to be the backbone of a serious alignment bay.
