The BendPak HD-7W Four-Post Lift gives shops and home garages a wider, more flexible 7,000-lb. parking and maintenance solution without taking over the whole building. It is built for users who want room for sports cars, sedans, light-duty trucks, and SUVs in the same lift structure, with enough side clearance to make larger mirrors and wider vehicles less of a guessing game. Even with its wide drive-thru stance and tall lifting height, the HD-7W remains only slightly larger than a typical parking space. That makes it a smart choice for low-ceiling garages, professional service spaces, and serious home setups where every square foot matters but cramped vehicle loading is not acceptable.

The HD-7W is designed around comfortable loading and practical vehicle access. Its wide layout helps accommodate a broader range of vehicle bodies, while low-profile 4.5-inch runways make it easier to drive onto the lift without fighting steep approach angles. Longer approach ramps further improve the loading experience for low-riding vehicles. That combination of wide clearance, low-deck runways, and gentler ramps helps reduce the risk of scraping front ends while making the lift easier for drivers of different experience levels to use.

Aircraft Cable Strength and Multi-Level Safety Locks

Four heavy-duty stainless steel wire ropes are fully enclosed within the lift structure and rated far above the lift’s 7,000-lb. maximum capacity. Oversized dual-hub sheaves help reduce friction, wear, and long-term maintenance demands on the wire rope, axles, and sheaves. Multi-position safety locks automatically engage every few inches as the lift rises, allowing users to choose the right parking or service height. A push-button pneumatic safety release disengages all four locks together, while a secondary slack-cable lock system helps catch the runways if unsafe cable slack develops.

Mobile-Friendly Four-Post Lift with Clean Integrated Design

The HD-7W includes a rail kit for optional accessories and is compatible with an optional RJ-45 rolling jack for expanded wheel-service capability. A rugged 4-piece caster kit can also make the lift mobile, giving users the ability to reposition the lift for different garage layouts or service jobs. The electric-hydraulic power system uses a single hydraulic cylinder mounted beneath the runway, while critical lifting components such as airlines, safety latches, and sheaves are enclosed inside the lift columns. The result is a safer, cleaner-looking four-post lift with BendPak’s practical garage-first engineering.
