The hook-nose geometry, ramp profile, and pocket engagement are matched to the ramp receivers on these BendPak lift models for a secure, repeatable fit during vehicle loading and unloading.

This kit is not intended or approved for use on other lift brands or lift models, even if the ramp pockets appear similar. Before installation, always confirm that your lift is part of the BendPak HD-9 or HD-7 family and that the correct ramp receivers are installed. When matched properly, APEX ramps provide a purpose-built upgrade for HD-9 and HD-7 owners who want easier handling, cleaner loading, and a better everyday lift experience.

APEX ramps are built around a proprietary high-density expanded polystyrene structural foam core that is solid, lightweight, and designed to support serious vehicle weight without the bulk of steel. Unlike hollow plastic ramps, the dense EPS core does not collapse, echo, or feel unstable under the tire. It also resists rust, water absorption, oil absorption, and heat transfer while providing natural damping under load.

Each ramp is fully encapsulated in a high-performance polyurea elastomer coating that bonds to the foam core and creates a tough, flexible outer shell. The micro-textured surface helps provide grip under the tire and at the floor interface, helping the ramp stay put during drive-on maneuvers on smooth concrete or epoxy-coated floors. Inside the hook nose, a precision-formed internal reinforcement with an S-shaped contour runs deep into the foam core, creating a mechanically anchored connection that acts like part of the ramp instead of a plate glued to the front.
