Designed as part of BendPak’s Mobi-EVS family, the EVS4500 combines a large 42.75-inch x 63-inch lift platform, recessed anchoring locations, modular fixture compatibility, and smooth powered elevation into one adaptable service platform. It gives technicians a safer, more controlled way to raise, position, align, and support major assemblies in modern repair bays, collision facilities, EV service centers, and advanced dealership environments.

The EVS4500 is engineered for precise battery pack and powertrain alignment, not just basic lifting. Adjustable screw jacks allow technicians to make roll, pitch, and yaw adjustments for leveling and positioning EV batteries, engine assemblies, drivetrain components, and fuel tanks during removal, installation, and service. With the press of the pendant control, the lift platform elevates to more than six feet in less than 20 seconds, helping speed up complex service procedures without sacrificing control. The platform’s recessed anchoring locations accommodate modular fixtures, adapters, and accessories that can be repositioned or removed as the job demands, giving the EVS4500 the flexibility needed for today’s mixed service applications.

Zero-Throw Casters for Heavy EV Table Maneuverability

Moving a loaded EV lift table should not feel like fighting a shopping cart with a bad attitude. The EVS4500 uses zero-throw casters that allow the table to move and change direction with far less effort than ordinary swivel casters, making it easier to position around vehicles, lifts, and busy service bays. For longer moves across the shop, the front tri-casters include a removable locking pin that converts them into a fixed design for straighter, more efficient travel. A stowable tow bar and manual floor locks further improve control, giving technicians the mobility needed to move the table into position and the stability needed once the work begins.
