Parking Lift / 6,000-lbs. Capacity / Two-Post / Shared Columns

BendPak PL6000DC Two-Post Parking Lift - 6,000-lbs. Capacity - Shared Columns
$9,995.00

Double Your Parking Without Doubling the Footprint

The BendPak PL6000DC Two-Post Parking Lift is built for facilities that need more parking capacity without wasting valuable floor space. With a 6,000-lb. capacity and a dual-column, shared-column design, it gives operators a practical way to stack vehicles for long-term storage above and short-term access below. Designed for real estate developers, architects, engineers, automotive dealers, commercial parking operators, and serious vehicle storage environments, the PL6000DC fits inside a typical 8-foot parking space and accommodates most cars and light trucks. It is engineered for both indoor and outdoor installations, giving facilities more ways to make limited parking areas work harder.
Shared Columns Turn Tight Parking Areas Into Real Capacity

Shared Columns Turn Tight Parking Areas Into Real Capacity

The PL6000DC uses a ganged column design that allows multiple installations in minimum space. Posts can be shared between units, helping reduce cost and improve parking density when multiple lifts are installed side by side. That shared-column architecture is what makes the PL6000DC so useful for commercial parking layouts. Instead of adding more land, more structure, or more frustration, facilities can add vertical capacity within a smarter lift footprint.

Low Operating Cost and Dependable Hydraulic Operation

The PL6000DC is designed with operating efficiency in mind. When lowering, the platform is gravity-driven, which means no electric motor consumption is required during descent. That helps reduce operating costs over time, especially in parking environments where lifts may be used frequently. A single direct-drive hydraulic cylinder eliminates the need for screw mechanisms and supports smoother operation, better reliability, and lower maintenance costs. The overhead power unit provides smooth and quiet hydraulic performance, while compact packaging and detailed installation documentation help simplify setup and handling.

Safety Systems That Keep the Platform Under Control

Safety Systems That Keep the Platform Under Control

Automatic load-holding devices engage and lock the lift structure as the PL6000DC raises, helping prevent sudden free fall in the unlikely event of suspension component failure. Once the platform reaches the desired height, operators can lower it onto the locks to minimize wear on suspension components and keep the lift securely supported. The PL6000DC also includes an electric key switch, automatic shut-off when the key is released, emergency stop button, upper limit switch, hydraulic overloading protection, pressure relief valve, pressure-compensated flow control valve, and mechanical safety locks spaced every 4 inches. That is the kind of control a parking lift needs when it is holding a vehicle above another one.
