Many triple-stacking systems are too tall for practical use in garages and shops, but the HD-973P was engineered to fit more spaces. Its proprietary design avoids bulky mechanisms that project high above the lift, helping create tri-level parking capability in locations where conventional triple-stackers may not work. The result is a compact tri-level parking lift that still provides useful lower-deck rise while keeping the overall system more manageable. For owners trying to solve parking density without stepping into a massive commercial structure, the HD-973P brings serious vertical storage into a more practical footprint.

Independent Platforms Give You More Control

Unlike multi-level parking lifts that move linked platforms together, the HD-973P uses independently operated lifting platforms. This allows operators to vary vehicle heights and spacing between the upper and lower parking positions, instead of being locked into one fixed distance between decks. That independent platform design makes the system easier to live with. If you need to access the second-level vehicle, you can lower that platform without disturbing the vehicle stored above it. The HD-973P is built around rugged welded-steel construction, full-length aluminum platform decking, powerful hydraulic cylinders and heavy-duty 3/8-inch lifting cables. A wide base-frame design helps distribute load and supports installation on suitable residential or commercial concrete floors, with additional installation provisions available where required. Multi-position safety locks, automatic safety lock engagement, redundant anti-fall devices, independent backup slack-cable safety latches and a padded trip bar with limit switch help keep stored vehicles secure. Optional drive-thru ramps and 4,500-lb. air-hydraulic rolling jacks further expand how the HD-973P can be configured for storage and service.
