At the heart of the RWS-200WL is a heavy-duty 24V DC linear actuator with a hardened acme lead screw and reduction gearbox. This advanced drive system delivers smooth, predictable vertical movement without the inconsistent or spongy feel often found in pneumatic wheel lifts.
With steady lifting at 1.6 in./sec., technicians can make precise height adjustments for lug-bolt alignment, hub centering, wheel installation, and tire machine positioning. The sealed, factory-lubricated linear actuator also uses fewer moving parts than hydraulic or pneumatic systems, helping reduce maintenance, downtime, and long-term operating costs.

The RWS-200WL is engineered for everyday shop use, from removing and installing heavy wheels to raising wheel assemblies to waist height for mounting on balancers or tire-changing machines.
