The Ranger RS-750DS Stainless Steel Heavy-Duty Truck Spray Wash Cabinet combines the oversized cleaning capacity of the RS-750 platform with rust-resistant stainless steel construction. Built for large truck, SUV, fleet and automotive components, this heated aqueous parts washer gives professional shops a 53-gallon tank, 1,000-lb. capacity and a larger cabinet space for cleaning bigger parts or more parts per cycle.
This is the premium heavy-duty option in the group: bigger than the RS-500 models and upgraded with stainless steel construction compared to the standard RS-750D. For shops that need to degrease larger components while also prioritizing long-term cabinet durability, the RS-750DS delivers the size, material quality and cleaning features needed for demanding parts washing work.
Large Cabinet Capacity with Rust-Resistant Stainless Construction
The RS-750DS stands over 6 feet tall and is built to handle heavy-duty cleaning applications with a 1,000-lb. weight capacity. The larger cabinet gives technicians more room for truck parts, SUV components and larger batches, helping reduce the number of wash cycles needed during busy service operations.
Rust-resistant stainless steel construction helps the cabinet stand up to wet cleaning conditions, detergent exposure and regular shop use. The stainless build also gives the parts washer a cleaner, professional appearance while improving long-term durability over standard painted steel cabinets.
Dual Heaters and Extended Multi-Directional Spray Coverage
Dual heaters work together to raise the cleaning solution temperature quickly and support efficient wash performance. The secondary heater helps keep detergent solution primed, while the primary heater activates during the wash cycle to bring the solution to cleaning temperature.
Extended-length multi-directional sprayers help the RS-750DS cover the larger cabinet area effectively. Stainless steel nozzles resist corrosion and clogging while dispersing cleaning solution evenly, blasting grime from multiple directions for a more complete heated wash.
Oil Separation, Low-Water Shutoff and Protected Operation
A stainless steel oil skimmer helps keep detergent solution cleaner by separating oil from the water and routing it to an outside storage container. Contamination-proof interior welds, a removable filter basket and a debris trap help keep unwanted particles away from the recirculating tank, pump and spray nozzles.
Automatic low-water shutoff helps prevent heater and pump damage by stopping operation when water levels become unsafe. A neoprene door seal helps reduce water and steam loss, while a NEMA-rated electrical panel, friction-drive turntable and heavy-duty non-marring casters support safe, dependable shop operation.
