The Ranger RS-750D Heavy-Duty Truck Spray Wash Cabinet is built for shops that need more room, more load capacity and more cleaning coverage than a standard parts washer can provide. Designed for large automotive, truck, SUV, fleet and equipment components, this heated aqueous parts washer uses a 53-gallon tank and 1,000-lb. capacity to clean bigger parts and larger batches with fewer wash cycles.
Compared to the RS-500D platform, the RS-750D adds the cabinet size and extended spray system needed for oversized components. Standing over 6 feet tall, this heavy-duty spray wash cabinet gives professional shops a way to degrease larger parts efficiently while still using the same core Ranger advantages: dual heaters, multi-directional spray jets, oil skimming, low-water shutoff and durable shop-ready construction.
Extended Spray System for Larger Components and Bigger Batches
The RS-750D is designed around a larger enclosure that lets technicians wash bigger parts or more parts at one time. Its extended-length sprayers attack grime from multiple directions, helping clean heavy truck components, oily build-up and set-in residue while detergent works through the wash cycle.
Replaceable stainless steel spray nozzles distribute cleaning solution evenly while improving both flow and pressure. The system is built to avoid the limitations of simple drilled-hole spray systems, giving the larger cabinet the spray coverage needed to clean across a bigger work area.
Dual Heaters, Oil Skimmer and Contamination Control
Dual water heaters help the RS-750D bring cleaning solution up to temperature quickly and maintain efficient wash performance. A secondary heater helps pre-warm the detergent solution, while the primary heater activates during washing to rapidly heat the solution for better cleaning.
A stainless steel oil skimmer removes oil from the water and routes waste into an outside storage container, helping keep detergent cleaner and more functional. Full perimeter cabinet welds seal the wash area from the detergent tank, while the debris trap and removable filter basket help protect the pump and spray nozzles from clogging contamination.
Low-Water Protection, Friction-Drive Turntable and Shop Mobility
The RS-750D includes automatic low-water shutoff to help protect the heaters and pump if water levels drop too low. The source copy describes the shutoff system as self-regulating, stopping operation when unsafe conditions are detected to help prevent pump-seal damage and heating coil burnout.
A friction-drive turntable helps reduce the risk of motor damage during operation, while urethane non-marring casters make the large cabinet easier to move around the shop. The neoprene door seal helps reduce water and steam loss, and the NEMA-rated electrical panel helps organize and protect key controls from moisture and shop debris.
