Designed for automotive service, repair bays, fleet work and general shop maintenance, this dual-heater parts washer uses high-pressure spray action, hot water and detergent to remove grease, oil, grime and residue from dirty components.
A 50-gallon tank, full-opening octagonal door and industrial 70 gpm pump help the RS-500D move serious cleaning solution through the cabinet while giving technicians easier access for loading and unloading parts. Heavy-duty 12-gauge steel construction, an industrial two-step primer and powder coat finish give this cabinet the durability needed for daily shop use.
Dual-Heater Cleaning Power with Multi-Directional Spray Jets
The RS-500D is equipped with dual water heaters that help the spray wash cabinet reach operating temperature quickly and keep the cleaning solution ready for efficient wash cycles. A secondary heater pre-warms the detergent solution, while the primary heater activates during washing to bring the water up to the temperature needed for better cleaning performance.
Industrial-strength spray jets are positioned above, below and along the sides of the cabinet to attack parts from multiple directions. Replaceable stainless steel nozzles create a well-articulated spray pattern that helps blast away set-in grime without relying on simple drilled holes or pipe-tree spray systems.
Oil Skimmer, Filter Basket and Cleaner Detergent Management
Keeping the cleaning solution usable is one of the biggest advantages of the RS-500D. A stainless steel oil skimmer separates oil and grime from the water, then directs contaminants through a downspout into a holding container. This helps extend detergent life and reduces the amount of dirty solution that needs to be managed between service intervals.
A removable filter basket captures particles larger than 1/8 inch and gives technicians easier access to the tank during maintenance. Full perimeter cabinet welds help seal the wash area from the detergent tank, redirecting debris to the trap and filter so the pump and spray nozzles are better protected from contamination.
Low-Water Shutoff, Sealed Cabinet and Shop-Ready Mobility
The RS-500D includes automatic low-water shutoff with audible and visual alarms to help protect the pump and heaters from damage when water levels drop too low. A sealed NEMA-rated electrical panel organizes the controls, thermostat and timers while helping protect key electrical components from moisture, steam and shop debris.
A neoprene door seal helps reduce water and steam loss, while the interlocking fast-release door latch keeps the wash material inside the cabinet. Heavy-duty non-marring urethane casters make the cabinet easier to position, and the friction-drive turntable system helps reduce potential motor damage during cleaning cycles.
50-Gallon Tank
A 50-gallon tank gives the RS-500D the solution capacity needed for regular shop parts cleaning. It supports heated aqueous cleaning without making the cabinet oversized for standard service bays.
Dual Water Heaters
Two heaters help bring the cleaning solution up to temperature quickly and keep it ready for efficient wash cycles. The system is designed to improve startup time and overall cleaning performance.
70 gpm Pump

Full-Opening Door
