An individual RJ6W is engineered to handle its rated load with confidence, but BendPak still makes the operating rule clear: never overload a single jack beyond its listed capacity. Used correctly, the RJ6W gives compatible lift owners a safer, more controlled way to get wheels off the runways for tires, brakes, suspension access, and undercarriage service.

The RJ6W is designed to roll along the runway channels on standard BendPak four-post lift models rated at 12,000 lbs. lifting capacity or greater. That makes it a natural choice for users stepping beyond the lighter-duty RJ45W range but not yet needing the 7,000-lb. or 9,000-lb. bridge jack models. This capacity position matters. The RJ6W is useful for shops with heavier passenger vehicles, light trucks, and mixed-service workloads where a lower-capacity bridge jack may not be the right answer, but a larger commercial truck bridge jack would be more than the job requires.

Easy-Roll Wheels, Rubber Pads, and Adapter Versatility

Easy-Roll wheels come standard and help the RJ6W glide through compatible runway channels for quick positioning under the vehicle. BendPak bridge jack rollers are made from hardened stainless steel and zinc plated for long-term durability in shop environments where equipment sees frequent movement. Durable rubber contact pads are included to engage the manufacturer-recommended frame lift points, and stackable adapters help increase reach for vehicles with higher undercarriages. Frame cradle pads are sold separately and are often necessary for wide-bodied frames, including many trucks and SUVs.

The RJ6W uses a high-pressure commercial-grade air-hydraulic pump mounted to the side of the bridge jack. The system requires 125 psi and 10 to 20 CFM, and a convenient foot pedal activates the jack so the vehicle can be raised to the desired height in seconds. Three lock levels help users match the jack height to the job. The locks engage automatically as the scissor arms rise and release together as the arms are lowered, giving technicians a practical balance of speed, control, and mechanical support during wheel-service work.
