Heavy Truck and Bus Wheel Service with 18,000-lb. Support

Heavy Truck and Bus Wheel Service with 18,000-lb. Support

The BendPak RBJ18000 Rolling Bridge Jack gives heavy-duty shops 18,000 lbs. of bridge jack capacity for demanding four-post lift service. It is built for larger trucks, buses, commercial vehicles, and equipment where axle weight and center of gravity matter as much as the vehicle’s total weight rating. This is the model to consider when a 15,000-lb. bridge jack may not provide enough margin for the way the vehicle actually loads the lift. The RBJ18000 helps compensate for shifted centers of gravity on heavy-duty vehicles raised on HDS-35 or HDS-40 series four-post lifts, giving commercial shops a more capable wheel-service setup.
Extra Capacity for Real-World Heavy-Duty Weight Distribution

Extra Capacity for Real-World Heavy-Duty Weight Distribution

Heavy trucks and buses do not always distribute weight evenly across their axles. A vehicle can be within the rated capacity of a lift and still create bridge jack demands that require careful capacity selection. The RBJ18000 is designed to give users more capacity when servicing larger vehicles with significant front, rear, or equipment-heavy load bias. That extra lifting strength helps shops work more confidently on heavy-duty vehicles where wheel removal, tire service, brake work, and axle access are part of the job. It is a practical step up for facilities that need more bridge jack muscle without jumping all the way to the 25,000-lb. RBJ25000.

Steel Contact Pads for Demanding Commercial Service

BendPak bridge jacks use steel contact pads built for heavy use, and the RBJ18000 includes four steel pads designed to support both axle and lifting-point engagement. These pads give the jack a durable contact surface for the larger vehicles and harder-working shop environments this model is meant to serve. The jack is also designed with a practical low-profile approach so the pads can get under the vehicle before lifting begins. For shops handling city buses, farm equipment, commercial trucks, and other large vehicles, that combination of contact strength and service access matters.

Powerful Pneumatic-Hydraulic Lifting with Adjustable Lock Positions

Powerful Pneumatic-Hydraulic Lifting with Adjustable Lock Positions

The RBJ18000 uses a strong pneumatic-hydraulic power unit controlled by a simple foot pedal. The power system is built to raise massive heavy-duty vehicles on compatible four-post lifts, giving the operator straightforward control while keeping the bridge jack operation separate from the lift itself. Three lock positions make the working height adaptable to the job, the vehicle, and the technician. When vehicle clearance, ceiling height, operator preference, or service type changes from job to job, the RBJ18000 gives shops a more flexible way to bring heavy wheels into service range.
