Single-Cylinder Hydraulic Design with Protected Components

The HD-75BXT uses a maintenance-friendly electric-hydraulic power system and a single hydraulic cylinder hidden beneath the runway for minimum exposure and dependable performance. Four heavy-duty stainless steel wire ropes and heavy-duty aircraft cable support the lifting system, while dual-hub wire rope sheaves help reduce stress and fatigue on the axles, sheaves, and cables. Critical components are integrated and protected, including lifting cables, air lines, safety latches, and sheaves.
