The Ranger RBJ-30TL Telescoping Air Bottle Jack is built for heavy commercial service, with 60,000 lbs. of lifting capacity in the first phase position and 30,000 lbs. at the 12-inch maximum lifting height. Designed for demanding shop environments, this air-hydraulic bottle jack gives operators serious lifting power in a compact trolley-style footprint.
The RBJ-30TL is ideal for heavy vehicles, light-duty trucks, SUVs, tandem-wheel applications, and commercial equipment that require a strong jack with low access height. Its 6.5-inch collapsed profile helps the jack fit beneath many vehicle types while still delivering the lifting power needed for heavier classes of work.
Air-Hydraulic Operation with Built-In Overload Protection
The RBJ-30TL operates with shop air and uses a heavy-duty air motor to generate the power needed for high-capacity lifting. Dead-man controls support safer operation, while the built-in safety valve helps prevent the jack from being used beyond its rated capacity.
If an oversized load exceeds the jack’s limit, the overload protection system is designed to gradually lower the jack rather than allowing sudden failure. That level of control is critical when handling heavy vehicles where every lift needs to be deliberate.
Telescoping Ram, Large Rubber Wheels, and Long T-Handle
A hardened alloy-plated telescoping ram, heavy-duty steel saddle, and included additional lifting saddles give the RBJ-30TL the durability and adaptability needed for commercial service. The compact body also helps the jack fit between tandem wheels for jobs where space is limited.
Large rubber wheels and a long T-handle make positioning easier around the shop. The handle can be locked in three different positions, giving operators more control while moving and setting up the jack under heavy vehicles.
Sealed Hydraulic Design for Longer Service Life
The RBJ-30TL is engineered for long-term performance with a double-sealed hydraulic system and sealed hydraulic unit that help prevent contamination. An air valve with an integrated filter adds another layer of protection for the air-hydraulic system.
