The buyer is solely responsible for determining and obtaining all approvals required for the purchase, installation and operation of the product, including permits, licenses, inspections and structural, electrical, seismic or building-code compliance. BendPak is not responsible for related costs, modifications, delays, fines, penalties, liens or other charges imposed by any governmental authority, agency, utility, property owner or other third party.
