Theodore, Ala. (May 2, 2023) — Cool Boss™ portable evaporative coolers are an affordable way to cool indoor or outdoor spaces by up to 26 degrees for less than a dollar a day. The new COOLBREEZE Series CB-12 and CB-14 are the smallest units in the Cool Boss lineup. Their compact size makes them ideal for use at work, home, or play. Large, easy-roll casters make moving them a breeze.

The CB-12 and CB-14 operate on 110-volt power. Warm air is sucked into the back of the unit and directed through a water-soaked Honeycool™ evaporative media pad where it is instantly chilled. The colder air is then blasted out via a proprietary Blue Flex™ axial-flow fan to cool the surrounding area. Both units feature three-speed controls on soft-touch LED control panels. Automatic swing louvers direct the chilled air where it’s needed.

The CB-12 uses a 12-inch fan to cool an area up to 650 square feet. It is rated to produce up to 1,565 CFM (cubic feet per minute) airflow. It stands 45 inches tall, 27 inches wide and 22 inches deep, with a 15-gallon water tank.

The CB-14 has a 14-inch fan that pulls more air at idle and reduces engine drag at higher RPMs for better performance, energy efficiency, and economy. It can cool an area up to 850 square feet and is rated to deliver up to 2,300 CFM airflow. The CB-14 stands 47 inches high, 30 inches wide and 22 inches deep. Its water tank holds 15.6 gallons.
