The BendPak 10AP Two-Post Car Lift brings the AP Series approach to shops that need a 10,000-lb. lift with serious flexibility, safety, and everyday service capability. It combines adaptable clearfloor installation, adjustable width, an expandable top beam, Low-Pro™ arms, Bi-Metric™ arm positioning, and BendPak’s advanced arm restraint technology into one professional lifting platform.
This model is built for auto repair shops that service a wide range of vehicles and need one lift to handle changing layouts, lower lift points, heavier platforms, and modern EV service needs. The 10AP can be configured for wide or narrow drive-thru setups, supports symmetric or asymmetric loading, and gives technicians the access they need without overcomplicating the bay.
ASARS Helps Prevent Unplanned Swing-Arm Movement
The 10AP features BendPak’s patented Automatic Swing Arm Restraint System, designed to help keep the lift arms locked in place during vehicle service. With a forged-steel design, full 360 degrees of load-holding grip, and more than 2,000 lbs. of side-force resistance, ASARS is built to handle the pushing and pulling forces that can occur when vehicles shift on the pads.
This is especially important when heavy components are removed or installed, changing the vehicle’s center of balance while it is raised. The system provides strong holding power with minimal operator involvement, plus a quick-release lever for fast arm adjustment when it is time to reposition.
Triple-Telescoping Arms and Bi-Metric™ Vehicle Positioning
BendPak’s patented triple-telescoping nested swing arms allow the 10AP to retract shorter and extend farther than traditional two-post lift arms. That added range helps technicians reach more factory lift points across compact cars, trucks, SUVs, EVs, and vehicles with lower or harder-to-reach support points.
Exclusive Bi-Metric™ arms give operators the ability to load vehicles symmetrically or asymmetrically on the same lift. Combined with Low-Pro™ arm channels and dropped-end pad receivers, the 10AP gives shops more control over vehicle setup without forcing a one-size-fits-all lifting approach.
Durable Direct-Drive Lift System with Built-In Safety Features
The 10AP is built around dual hydraulic direct-drive cylinders, an electric hydraulic HVLP power system, oversized tall carriages, self-lubricating Dura-Glide UHMW polyethylene bearings, and high-strength galvanized equalizing cables. Safety locks in each column are spaced every 3 inches, and the single-point safety release helps operators lower the lift efficiently from one side.
Double-telescoping screw pads with polyurethane contact surfaces help provide secure frame engagement and level lifting. A durable powder coat finish, padded overhead safety shutoff bar, expandable top beam, and ALI certification make the 10AP a smart foundation for professional shops that want AP Series capability in the standard 10AP configuration.
