BendPak PCL-18B-2 Mobile Column Lifts - Set of 2

Add Two PCL-18B Mobile Column Lifts and Think Bigger

Add Two PCL-18B Mobile Column Lifts and Think Bigger

The BendPak PCL-18B-2 Mobile Column Lift Set is built for shops that already use PCL-18B columns and want to expand into larger heavy-duty lifting configurations. Each column carries an 18,000-lb. individual capacity, giving fleet shops, truck facilities, municipal garages, and commercial service operations a practical way to grow their lifting system without replacing the equipment they already trust. This set of two is an expansion package, not a standalone vehicle lift. A minimum of four mobile column lifts must be used to raise a vehicle, and heavier vehicles may require six-column or eight-column setups. Do not attempt to lift only the front or rear of a vehicle with two columns. Vehicles must be raised on an even plane at all times.
Expand Into Six-Column and Eight-Column Lifting

Expand Into Six-Column and Eight-Column Lifting

The PCL-18B-2 gives shops a direct path to scale their mobile column lift fleet as service demands increase. Add a pair to an existing four-column setup to move into six-column lifting, or continue expanding for larger multi-column configurations used with longer, heavier commercial vehicles. That flexibility is valuable for operations that service different vehicle classes throughout the week. Instead of locking your shop into a single fixed bay, mobile columns let you adapt your lifting layout around the vehicle, the job, and the floor space available that day.

Smart Controls Keep Every Column in Sync

PCL-18B mobile columns are designed for coordinated lifting with controls that can be programmed and operated from any column. Smart electronics include self-diagnostics and self-calibration functions, while sealed and enclosed linear potentiometers deliver precise synchronization and communication between columns during lift cycles. The system also supports SINGLE, PAIR, or TEAM operation, giving trained operators more control over how columns are managed during setup and service. Variable height limit settings help shops work around low ceilings or specific service-height requirements.

Heavy-Duty Mobility with Safety Built Into Each Column

Heavy-Duty Mobility with Safety Built Into Each Column

Each PCL-18B column is engineered for real shop movement, with pallet-jack style steering wheels, tandem 8-inch polyurethane-covered steel wheels, sealed roller bearings, extended forks, and multi-width wheel forks with locking pins. Low-mounted power units and cylinders help lower the center of gravity, making the columns easier to maneuver and less likely to feel top-heavy during positioning. Safety systems are built into every column, including 24-volt safety circuitry, warning lights, audible alarms, emergency shut-off switches, automatic independent locks spaced every four inches, and inverted hydraulic cylinders with integrated safety valves. Manual safety override valves also allow lowering in the event of a power outage.
