The EVS3000 is designed to simplify the careful positioning work that EV service demands. Adjustable screw jacks help technicians make roll, pitch, and yaw adjustments for more precise alignment and leveling of EV batteries, powertrain assemblies, drivetrain components, and fuel tanks. The platform elevates to more than six feet in less than 20 seconds with pendant control operation, giving technicians fast height adjustment while keeping the process controlled. Multiple recessed anchoring points across the platform accommodate modular fixtures, adapters, and accessories, allowing the table to adapt as service procedures and component layouts change.

Compact EV Lift Table Mobility with Zero-Throw Caster Control

The EVS3000 is built to move around the shop with less resistance and less wasted effort. Zero-throw casters allow the lift table to maneuver and change direction smoothly, making it easier to position the platform beneath vehicles and around service equipment. For longer moves, the removable locking pin on the front tri-casters converts them into a fixed design for more efficient straight-line travel. The stowable tow bar helps with positioning, while manual floor locks help keep the table planted once it is time to work. It is mobility when you need it and stability when you do not want any surprises.

The EVS3000 is engineered with high-tensile steel to preserve strength where it matters while avoiding unnecessary weight. A reinforced upper deck plate and supplementary structural cross-members help reduce deflection from torsion and uneven loading, giving the table the stability needed for battery pack and powertrain service. Twin hydraulic cylinders feature welded construction, chrome-plated rods, high-polished bores, and a proprietary seal design that helps reduce leakage and extend seal life. With multi-point safety locks, a hydraulic fail-safe circuit, full-length utility trays, DC electric power with onboard charging, and remote control operation, the EVS3000 is built as a serious EV service platform, not a dressed-up cart.
