The BendPak RJ9W Rolling Bridge Jack is the heavier-duty choice in the RJW bridge jack family, giving compatible four-post lifts 9,000 lbs. of frame-engaging capacity for wheel-service work. It is built for situations where a vehicle may fit the lift capacity on paper, but its actual weight distribution demands a stronger bridge jack. That matters when vehicles approach the upper range of a lift’s capacity or have offset centers of gravity. The RJ9W gives users more bridge jack capacity than the RJ7W, helping shops service heavier vehicles on compatible four-post lifts without immediately stepping into a completely different lift class.

The RJ9W is designed to fit inside the runway channels on standard four-post lift models rated at 18,000 lbs. capacity or greater. This places it above the RJ7W in the lineup and makes it a better fit for shops handling heavier vehicles, uneven axle loads, and more demanding four-post lift service requirements. If a vehicle’s center of gravity or axle weight makes a lighter bridge jack the wrong tool, the RJ9W gives operators the extra headroom needed for safer, more appropriate lifting. It is a practical upgrade when the lift is still right for the job but the wheel-service jack needs more muscle.

Smooth Runway Travel with Pads and Adapters for Mixed Vehicles

Easy-Roll wheels come standard and move inside compatible lift runway channels for fast positioning. BendPak uses hardened stainless-steel, zinc-plated rollers to support durability, smooth movement, and long-term reliability in busy shop environments. Rubber contact pads help engage the vehicle undercarriage without scraping or marring contact points. Stackable adapters let users adjust pad height for vehicles with different front and rear suspension setups, which is especially useful when using two bridge jacks together and trying to maintain an even lift.

Pneumatic-Hydraulic Power and Three Comfortable Lock Heights

The RJ9W includes a pneumatic-hydraulic power unit attached to the jack, with no hydraulic sharing between the car lift and bridge jack. The air line connects directly to the bridge jack and requires 125 psi and 10 to 20 CFM, while foot-pedal control gives the operator convenient command over raising the jack. Three lock positions help users select the service height that feels right for the vehicle, the task, and the operator. Raise the four-post lift, set the bridge jack height, and get the clearance needed for wheel, brake, suspension, and undercarriage work on heavier vehicles.
