Q. Are shipping charges included?
A. Yes they are – we do not charge shipping for any direct-point location within the contiguous 48 states. For locations outside the 48 contiguous United States, please contact us at 1-805-933-9970.
Q. How long does it take to receive my order?
A. Orders placed with one of our dealers will take approximately 7-10 days for delivery. Factory will-call pick-ups can also be arranged for immediate delivery.
Q. How do I get the RX3040 off the truck?
A. Customers will be responsible for unloading their RX3040 from the truck when it arrives. The shipping weight of the RX3040 is approximately 1400 pounds. Freight companies do not require their drivers to unload shipments so be prepared to do so. Some carriers may be able to provide a truck with a hydraulic lift gate although additional charges may apply. If you are unable to unload at your place of business, you may consider having the unit shipped to a local freight dock for customer pick up.
BENDPAK/RANGER takes no responsibility for additional charges of any kind that may incur related to, or involved with, the renting or acquisition of equipment necessary to unload items off of a delivering carrier's truck. Additional service fees may apply to residential deliveries or lift-gate services. Shipping and handling rates are subject to change without notice.
Q. How will I know when my RX3040 is arriving so I can make arrangements to unload it?
A. BENDPAK/RANGER will provide you with shipping information such as the freight carrier and tracking number so you can make preparations for delivery.
Q. Is installation and training included in the price of the RX3040?
A. Installation and training is not included but arrangements can be made at an additional expense. Although most users install and train themselves, we are able to source a local service dealer for assistance. If you would like to have a local service dealer make contact with you, please make a note on this return reply form.
Q. How much would it cost for a service dealer to install my RX3040?
A. Service dealers would charge between $150.00 and $250.00 per unit depending on your location.
Q. How much would it cost for a service dealer to train my employees on the RX3040?
A. Service dealers would charge between $175.00 and $275.00 per unit depending on your location.
Q. Do I need any special tools to install my RX3040?
A. No - just material handling equipment such as a forklift and/or pallet jack.
Q. What type of power outlet/source is needed to operate my RX3040?
A. The standard power will require 208-230 volts and a 25-amp breaker.
Q. Does the hydraulic fluid come with the RX3040?
Q. Is the RX3040 easy to operate?
A. Yes, very easy. Simple ergonomic controls require little if any training. A detailed operation and service manual accompanies the RX3040 and a detailed training video can be viewed on YouTube.
Q. What payment methods to you accept?
A. Our dealers will usually accept cash, check or credit cards. Qualifying customers may also consider leasing as an option. Our dealers can provide leasing details and/or payment options.
Q. When will my credit card be charged?
A. Your credit card will be charged at the time the item(s) are shipped.
Q. What taxes are applied?
A. California residents must pay applicable sales tax. If you are a tax-exempt customer in California you will be required to provide a signed copy of your tax exemption certificate at time of purchase.
Q. What shipping carriers do you offer?

Q. When can a trace be initiated on my shipment?
A. 10 working days after ship date.
Q. How long does temporarily backordered items take to ship?
A. Product delivery is sometimes delayed for reasons out of our control. We are constantly monitoring our stock levels to maintain adequate inventory based on current sales volumes.
